2 AM PST...HIGH PRESSURE WAS BROADLY STRETCHED FROM THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST DOWN INTO NORTHERN TEXAS WHILE A LOW PRESSURE CENTER WAS LOCATED 500 NM WEST OF SEATTLE. WEAK FLOW TONIGHT WILL BECOME MORE SOUTHEASTERLY OVER THE COASTAL WATERS BY THIS AFTERNOON AS PRECIPITATION MOVES INTO THE REGION.
