2 AM PST...A 1034 MB HIGH WAS CENTERED IN NEVADA. A WEAK INVERTED TROUGH WAS LOCATED ACROSS THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST. THE HIGH WILL WEAKEN AND ANOTHER HIGH WILL BUILD TO THE NORTH OF THE WATERS. THIS WILL BRING AN INCREASE IN NW WINDS ACROSS THE OUTER WATERS LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT.
