Moderate to locally fresh east-southeast winds will develop today as a ridge builds north of the region. An approaching weak frontal boundary will further weaken and shift winds southerly on Thursday before moving over the western half of the state Friday. The front will dissipate over the central waters Saturday. A large northwest swell will build seas this weekend.
