FZHW50 PHFO 061337 CWFHFO Coastal Waters Forecast National Weather Service Honolulu HI 337 AM HST Fri Feb 6 2026 Hawaiian coastal waters within 40 nautical miles including the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. 337 AM HST Fri Feb 6 2026 .Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters... A front will move through Kauai waters this afternoon and evening, then advance southeastward into the central islands tonight before stalling and dissipating near Maui County over the weekend. This boundary will produce heavy showers and thunderstorms statewide Saturday into early next week. Strong high pressure building north of the state will produce fresh to strong trade winds around Kauai and Oahu tonight then spread southeast Saturday, reaching near gale to gale force trade winds over most waters Sunday and Monday. Winds are expected to begin a slow decline Tuesday.
