A trough remains draped over the central coastal waters, extending from a low pressure system far NNW of the area. East of the trough, moderate to fresh southeasterly winds will prevail, while winds west of trough will be light and variable. Support for additional showers and isolated thunderstorms will return to the region tonight through Sunday. Gentle to moderate easterly trades will gradually develop by the end of next week.
