Patchy morning fog, locally dense, will continue through mid morning primarily south of Point Conception. Moderate to strong northwest winds and high seas will affect the outer waters this morning. Strong and gusty northeast winds with steep choppy seas will affect the inner waters south of Point Conception tonight into Friday.
