As an upper level low pressure system passes overhead through late tonight, low end Gale Force wind gusts are expected thru the Santa Barbara Channel to the waters near Point Dume Monday afternoon and evening, with dangerous short- period steep, choppy seas. Boaters should remain in safe harbor from Monday afternoon and until conditions improve.
