At 200 PM, a 1030 mb high was over Eureka, CA and a 1004 mb low was over northeastern Arizona. Steep seas of 9-13 feet in the outer waters and 6 to 9 feet in the coastal waters come down tonight. Gusts 25-30 knots in the outer waters and gusts near 20 kts within 10 miles of the coast peak this afternoon. Winds weaken this evening with offshore flow developing late this evening into Friday. North to northeasterly offshore flow persists through early next week.
