At 1 AM, a 1025 mb high was 500 nautical miles west of Point Sur and a 1013 mb low was over Death Valley and over the northern Gulf of California. Weak to moderate onshore flow will continue today and increase late Thursday, with gusts around 20 kts in the outer coastal waters. Offshore flow will develop for Thursday night and Friday morning, followed by brisk onshore northwest flow late Friday. Weaker offshore flow followed by onshore flow is expected Saturday. Onshore flow will prevail on Sunday.
